How to know if my head is cracked
Ive Replaced the thermostat water pump timing belt and head gasket drove it for 20 minutes doing 45 miles an hour and started overheating again bubbles in my radiator still new radiator cap
You might try pressure testing the cooling system. I have a Slant pressure tester that I've used for many tears (about thirty). I had to buy an adapter on Amazon because the radiator cap is smaller on my Civic. Once you have it hooked up, pump it up to 16 psi or thereabouts. If it doesn't hold pressure, you have a leak somewhere. If the leak is external, you'll see water coming out, but if it's the head or head gasket, you'll just see the pressure drop.
Check out your radiator. It has plastic sides glued to an aluminum core. Over time, the glue will come loose, and the radiator will leak. This may be your issue. If so, you will see water coming out once you pressure it up.
