Should I buy MaXpeedingRods brand coilovers?
A quick response would be very helpful.
I was recently in an accident and have camber problems now; im going to replace control arms, but suspect my shocks are possibly damaged too.
With my price range I could either:
I hear bad things about MaXpeedingRods, and I understand with something as important as shocks you don't want to cheap out... But it's either I fix the car with the budget I've got, or do nothing and lose my job from not being able to drive.
How can I tell if I even need to replace them in the first place? Maybe someone can help me with my other questions I've posted? Thank you, God bless 🙏

With my price range I could either:
- Purchase an entire set of full coilovers from MaXpeedingRods
- Purchase just the strut, and reuse my spring and top hat (but maybe my top hat is damaged?)

NO
They are junk. Never had any of their crappy products and don’t plan to either
if you have a budget of around $600, opt for Progress CS2 coilovers. They are made in Southern California and have been in business for well over 30yrs.

The reason I want to replace them is because I was in a wreck and worry they were damaged. Would I be able to just buy the struts, and reuse my springs? I was going 20 or 25mph and hit into a car that ran a stop sign, do you think this wreck could have been enough to damage the springs? I have overly negative camber after the wreck.
Without seeing the actual car, it’s hard to tell. I wouldn’t use any of their stuff, even if it was free. Sorry, not wasting my time and energy on subpar products.

I agree, I will not be using their products. I have found some Sachs brand struts for $60 each, so if my springs are still good I think that would be a good option. I'll try to upload some pictures of my suspension in a little while. Thanks
