Default OBD2a to OBD1 Conversion

Hi guys. So Im currently using an engine harness from a 96-98 Civic EX in my 1997 Civic DX chassis for my B18C1 swap. I have bypassed CKF sensor mod and manually wired in the secondary o2. Thus far, no issues. No CEL and everything runs fine.

So Im preparing to switch over to OBD1 ECU using a conversion adapter. Would it be necessary to undo the secondary o2 wiring? Can I just leave it without experiencing issues when switch over to the OBD1 ECU?

Yes, you can simply leave it be. The OBD-1 ECU doesn't recognize the secondary O2 sensor.

Awesome thanks for that. I plugged everything up and she fired up without issue. I also left the CKF mod as well since the the OBD1 ECU doesnt have these pins.
