Default d15z7 manifold?

I managed to get my hands on a D15z7 3 stage vtec engine, came with said matching harness but no intake manifold.
I have just started swapping this into my 1990 ef hatch but have become stumped on what intake I need.
I have been under the impression multiple times i’ve had the right one but unfortunately not as harness isn’t matching up to injectors etc.
After searching forums i’ve come to the conclusion I should be looking for a D16y8 or D16z6 manifold, however i’m not 100% and would love some more knowledge before I spend more money on wrong parts hahah.
I’m not looking for insane power or anything just wanting it to run at this point.

injectors can be changed independently of the manifold chosen. Is injector connector compatibility the only concern? those can be re-pinned at the harness or if you're not comfortable with that, adapted with something like this kit

there are plenty of manifolds that will work. the D16Y8/Y5 is most similar (if not identical) to the D15Z7. even the Y7 could be made to work but would require a bit of extra effort for the IACV. may be worth it if you find a deal. performance wise, Y8 and Z6 are the better choices.
