2003 SIR EP3 Clutch repair
Good evening,
My 2003 Honda Civic SIR EP3 with about 145kms on it has started showing symptoms for a clutch slave cylinder.
(The car is stock other then an after market cat & K/N cold air intake) ( i know its unrelated)
From my trusty google:
How do you know if a clutch slave cylinder is bad?
Difficulty Shifting Gears: The most common sign of a failing clutch slave cylinder is difficulty in shifting gears. You may experience a grinding noise or find that the gear lever feels stuck or resistant. Clutch Pedal Issues: The clutch pedal may feel spongy, soft, or may sink to the floor without resistance. (i have all the symptoms in bold lettering)
I'm going to replace the clutch master cylinder and clutch slave cylinder as a starting point,
My question is What else should i replace in that area since I'm there?
Full Length Steel Braided Clutch Line?
suggestions comments?
Jacques
