OK guys. I bought a 99 prelude sh for cheap. I guess a bunch of people before me tried but couldn't get it running after the original owner lost the keys. Car has a freshly rebuilt motor and trans in it. Long story short the issue ended up being do to with the imobilizer. I bypassed it. Via mobilizer chip in ecm but now I can't get the check engine light to cycle with the key for emissions. Any ideas? The check engine light works. It's help me fix multiple codes. It just wont do the 1 second on to off with the key cycle. Any help would be great. Thank you.
