Default Fuel line pressure

I am not a car guy for real just to throw that out there. My car will start up but then dies Everytime right after. This started on Thursday when I took a turn and then it just stopped having power to the engine i guess. So I replaced the spark plugs, nothing. I replaced the ignition coils and still nothing. I also replaced the ELD on Friday, wasn't able to do any work on Saturday or Sunday, and Monday I had a mobile mechanic come over and take a peek and he said it was the fuel pump which was running and working but the fins in it weren't moving any fuel. So I replaced the fuel pump but I couldn't figure out how to depressurize the fuel lines. No tutorial videos or nothing.
If anyone can tell me how to fix this so I can get my car running that would be greatly appreciated. This also my first time in a forum.

The fuel nipple/schrader valve is in front of the valve cover , a plastic line and the disconnect has a " sleeve/cap " surrounding it . Pop that off and you're in business , Maybe an bad IAC is causing the problems . Use only OEM handa parts to avoid problems

Why depressurize an assembled system? What am I missing from the original post? Won't the Schrader valve dump fuel? Possible mess or danger if you don't have a dedicated Schrader ended line, and container ready? Be prepared. AFAIK, all EFI engines shut off all power to engine systems when the starter is cranked while the throttle is floored. This soon depressurizes the fuel rail, at the cost of wetting the cylinders and plugs with unburnt fuel. This is in many other platform's repair manuals.
Side question, as I can't start a thread yet: If the system loses pressure immediately on its own after cranking the starter, I assume a one way valve near the fuel pump is defective. Where is it? Independently replaceable from the pump or pump enclosure? Will the car run anyway if pressure is nominal (47 PSI?) while the pump is working? Or is this a symptom of issues with the fuel pressure regulator?
