Default 2000 honda civic bogging bad under load and has a bad idle misfire

i have a 2000 civic lx and about a week ago my car started bogging super bad on the highway anytime i would give it gas. thought it was the fuel filter and replaced it and nothing changed so i did the fuel pump and the same thing was going on. i got my codes resd and its only throwing a o2 sensor code becauss i went catless, so i have replaced since then the injectors, spark plugs, plug wires and the map sensor and its the same issue and still not throwing any codes besides o2. i have no clue where to look or what to do.

also the motor has 323,000 i pulled it at 316,000 because of a cracked valve and it was resurfaced and cleaned. i also wen and replaced the pcv valve, iacv, and the whole distributer

could you define bogging and some other symptoms? such as is the tachometer bouncing, rpms go up but trans does nothing, etc.

I realize you said its not throwing any codes, but is the check engine light flashing when this happens? Fi its happening only when giving gas, it could be going lean.

okay so the first drive is fine the car has no problems really, but after i park it and start it again it idles low with a real bad misfire and will turn off sometimes. then when i start driving i go first, second and when i let the clutch out and give it gas it sputters a bit then its fine then i go into third and it starts sputtering bad again then goes bad to normal. its so weird when i drive because its on and off but it usually sputters between 2k and 3k rpms and then after that it goes back to normal.

again its not throwing codes, drove today and idles really bad i have a video that kind of shows it if anyone is interested

check engine light does not flash or blink just a solid light

possible that the timing is off? when it dies it sometimes takes a second to start it back up

Unless someone loosened the distributor I doubt the timing is off. But take the cap off and have a look.. Do a scan again and see if any new codes have come up. also take a wire wheel to the Idle air control, make sure it twists and turns smoothly
