Default Need Advice On 2002 CR-V Oil Leak

When I bought my 2002 CR-V a few years ago the engine was a gooey mess. Over time, I've replaced all the V-Tech o-rings and recently the valve cover gasket when I did a valve adjustment. However, I still have an oil leak somewhere on the timing chain side. I've kept an eye on the oil pressure switch and I don't think that is the culprit. It seems to me, and correct me if I'm wrong, that the only two culprits remaining are (1) the main seal behind the harmonic balancer and (2) the black stamped steel access cover shown in the picture below. Are there any other possible sources that I'm missing? And...does that cover plate ever leak? Note: the picture was taken after I degreased that side of the engine with a couple cans of brake cleaner and on the right side you can see the harmonic balancer. I don't know if it was ever removed and reinstalled.

Thanks in advance for any help and advice!

That blue plug in the picture is the crank angle sensor. It can leak oil too.

Thanks Ryan, I'll keep an eye on that too. Have you ever known that black stamped plate to leak? And what is the purpose of it?

It's the timing chain tensioner cover. They can leak. It's just hondabond sealing it.

The timing cover can leak as well, also hondabond.
