Random cylinder misfire

Random cylinder misfire
So I have a 81 civic 5 door and it’s having random misfire.. I changed plugs wires and all. Car came with a Webber carb and is missing some vacuum line so could that be it? It’s also running super rich.. I’m not familiar with carburetors so if anyone has any clue and could help would be greatly appreciated!
