As the title says, my Civic is idling high. The engine is a D16Y7 with a D16Y8 throttle body and exhaust. It idles at 2300 on start, and comes down to 2000 when warm. I just replaced the TPS, as it was throwing a code for it but it did not fix the issue. I have no idea what to try next so if anybody can help I would greatly appreciate it.
