This morning my Civic started up as usual, it was cranking so it is not a starter issue. When I would turn the key my check engine would not flash as usual, and fuel pump would not prime. I double checked my fuses and none were blown, both under the dash and under the hood. My next thought was the main relay, I took off the trim and inspected it. There was nothing wrong with the solder points, no cracks or carbon. I pulled my relay out and tested my harness connection with my multimeter and found no power was going to my fuel pump wire. I checked my ecu to see if anything sparked or shorted, and it was completely fine. Is there any suggestions on what to check or what to do ?

 

Check all your grounds, especially at the thermostat housing
