Hello,

I have a 98 civic that i auto to manual swapped. I am experiencing idle surge when the car sits to long at a light. I have a p2e-l32 ecu which is a 97-98 d16y7 civic obd2a computer. I have wired the car up to a 3 wire idle air control since the car is non vtec. i do have a d16y8 manual intake manifold though so im not sure if thats the issue. if someone could help me figure out why the check engine light is on for the iacv i would appreciate. i will respond most likely very fast. thanks for any inputs people!
