Ignition, no start
So I woke up one day and went to turn on the civic in the morning and low and behold, it didn’t want to start after I had just put a brand new battery in it two weeks prior and a new starter in it the week before that. At first the key recognition would beep, then the accessory would turn on and the cluster would flicker. After a couple of more tries the cluster stopped flickering all together and I could only get power in accessory. I go to work on it, thinking perhaps its the ignition switch and trying to check voltage I unplugged two connectors the black going to what looks like some kind of anti theft mechanism with what looks to be a fuse and another wire close by with a black sleeve connected to another connector with a yellow sleeve and I out everything back to its original place. Now I get NO BEEPING, NO ACC, NO RUN, & NO CRANK. Im thinking perhaps there is a draw somewhere or a dead module all together or the Integrated Control Unit.
Or the ignition switch. I checked all under hood fuses and relays and they are all good but I dont get anything from the under-dash fuse location.
