Default wheel speed sensors

on my EJ9 Civic I swapped rear drum brakes for disc brakes (was told they are from a Civic MB). I did have ABS before and would like to make it work again but the original wheel speed sensors don't fit and the sensors that came with the disc brakes seem to be different. Both have 2 wires but the drum break ones (square orange connector) measure at 1kohm and those from the disc brakes (round pink connector) dont have continuity at all - not sure if both could be defective or if this is some other type of sensor.

Is there a way to find a wheel speed sensor that could work for me? Is there some documentation where i could find out what the electrical resistance of the disc brakes sensors should be so I know if they are just bad and if i buy new ones and change the connector they could work?
