Lsvtec won’t pass 4500rpm but as soon as cel light comes on it lets me gas it all
I bought a full swap from someone who had got it off a shop and was street tuned with p28 ecu was in his eg hatch so when I picked it up I converted the harness to obd2 for my 2000 ek still with Obd1 injectors dizzy and alternator when I start her up it idles at 2k rpm. I’m not sure if that’s cs I don’t have a right bracket for the throttle cable, it has a edelbrock victor x intake with a skunk 2 throttle body or cs I might have like a vacuum leak ? When I drive her she doesn’t pass 4500rpm in all the gears but as soon as the cel light comes on after a lil while of running she lets me rip it all the way but I’m pretty sure Vtec is not engaging and my Speedo is not working as well but it seems like the vss is not clicking in and I could easily pull it out any pointers on what I could do ?
