Default Tire Storage

Well the autox season is over - is there anything I should know about putting my Falkens in the garage for 3 months? I figure they are a street tire so they should be ok, but I just wanted to be sure....

Try a search in the RR/AutoX forum, I know this was discussed recently there

The tires should be stored in a dry heated place.

My wife won't let me keep them in the bedroom, so they will have to be in the unheated garage...

Not many basements here in Texas...

Makes it cleaner I guess. Prevent the tire smell from stinking up the garage / basement / living room (for those crazy ones).

Why won't your wife let you put them in the bed room?
When I got my JRSC I got to keep it in bed for the first couple nights I had it.

Stack them on their sides one on top of the other, bagging them is fine, but if you wash the rims before, make sure they are completely dry before bagging them up. Also don't store them near a furnace.
