Icon4 Whining Noise Power Steering/Leaking Power Steering Fluid

All,

I have a 2005 Honda Civic LX 4D sedan. I'm getting a whining noise every time I turn the steering wheel & of course I checked under the and it is definitely the powering steering pump.
I checked the steering fluid reservoir and I'm definitely leaking fluid. Furthermore, I'm not sure if I should replace the entire Power steering pump or just bits of it. (i.e the pulley, tubing, etc.) I'm certain it's not the serpentine belt as it seems to be in good conditions.
I checked the reservoir, there are bubbles present....
What kind of repairs or diagnosis should look into completing prior to replacing the entire pump.
I was looking to run a power steering fluid flush.... What do you all think, any suggestions would be helpful.

This could be a result of deteriorating or hardened seals near pump. I had a similar problem on my 2005 accord DX a couple years ago where I had drips near the reservoir, and a wet high-pressure hose going to pump. In cold weather I also had steering stiffness and bubbles in the reservoir. I added a little AT-205 reseal to my reservoir (~20mL) and put some along the hose near the joints. I also bought the seals going to the pump in case that didn't work. It did work and I have been sitting on the seals for a year. It might be worth a try on your system.

Solved it!
Like @gururu said, I was able to add some AT-205 reseal to my reservoir. Replaced both O-rings on the Steering lines, flushed the old Steering fluid & toped it with FRAM-Honda Steering Fluid!
We are back in business!!
