VTEC Pressure Switch Wiring
Hello all,
I had a P1259 code on my '97 del Sol VTEC so I went to diagnose and the two wires going to the VTEC oil pressure switch just "fell off" (right at the connector). I re-pinned the connector but now don't know which wire to connect these to.... Would it hurt if I just try it and if it doesn't work switch them? Or does anyone know which pin goes to which wire?
Thank you in advance for any input you may have.

The order of the wiring of the two pins doesn't matter... it is a simple open/close switch. One side goes to ground and the other side sends the ground back to the ECU when the switch closes. No matter how you wire it, it will work.
