I have a 98 DX Hatch with a D16Y7. I keep getting raw fuel leaking from the vent of the charcoal canister under the car. I have changed the Fuel tank pressure sensor, 2 way valve, fuel cap, charcoal canister/vent valve and the purge valve. Still does it. I do not top off the tank when i fill. When I do fill it, I can hear a fuel gurgling noise from the filler neck. More than I think it should. I activated the Purge, 2 way and vent valve with my scanner. They all click. What gives? I did change the fuel tank when i first got it, but I believe everything is routed/wired correctly
