Default K20A economy plans

I trashed my old CRV but was able to save the Engine. I'm going put it in a 1980 MGB. I want to get the most HP I can.
I know there are a handful of differences between the eco and performance that i cant change like the oil squirtering chambers.
I can only find reviews on moded performance engines.
Can anyone give some expectations for what I "could" get out of the eco engine?

Probably about triple what the MGB could ever hope to squeeze out.

it's almost more than double. Ive been watching "project4bangers" who has done ungodly things to the stock MGB engine, and it still would be out paced by a CRV.

My tuner just had a 1974 MGB-GT at his shop with a F22C (2005 S2000) swap in it... made 221 wheel HP. Completely restored. The car was really NICE.
