Default Valve Springs replacement

Hi guys. I have a question again, so I have this b20v built 8years ago I think and been through a lot, blew up con rod bearings twice so I have to replace the whole block twice. Long so story short I’ve been only replacing or rebuilding the bottom end of it and the head is perfectly fine after all it been through. But after rebuilds they’ve just been cleaning the head

Im kinda overthinking if I should also replace the valve springs on it cause valve spring do wear right? Also considering replacing valve seals cause the last replacement was 2019 I guess.

I have this build since 2016 but since 2020 until now I rarely used it, just using it for Sunday getaways popin vtec once in a while.

Thanks for ur recommendations guys!

Springs don't wear out imo-afaik.

Valve guides and valve seals are ususally the 2 items that take the abuse and need replaced.
