Hey y’all, im in need of some advice and or help, im having issues with my d16y7 non vtec automatic for context a 2000 civic lx sedan (so you know what I mean.)

my issue is the car was running and driving before we started to get crank no start issues.

we replaced many things (New distributor, new spark plug, new wire plug, new fuel filter and new cold air intake, new exhaust, with a rinkydink weld for a test pipe ( for extra details it does have that loud *** whistle because of the not so good job of a weld.) and headers. So that being said we had crank and yet no start, there would be times it did run over but nothing. We later got it towed to a shop they noticed it had a bad fuel pump so we replaced it twice because the first time they didn’t have it done right. (Car runs and drives turns over now no issue.) but now when we went to re turn it on the car will turn on completely with in two clicks then shut off with not even letting us give it gas. Keeps turning on keeps shutting off. (We bought a MAIN RELAY THOUGH THAY COULD BE IT but nope. Originally didn’t even had an issue but we thought it did. The only CEL we have is for the bank 2 O2 sensor. Since we have a full exhaust the bank 2 is closed but that’s only code. (We also had a new fuel regulator we found in the junk yard brand new and a new idle iac we found in the junk yard. Car was destroyed but the parts it had was basically brand new.) still the car turns on but will not last long to stay on what do y’all think?
