2011 Honda Element.
I have to spray starter fluid into the intake before it will start.

Any suggestions?

If it was an earlier year model honda, I would suggest its a main relay.
Sometimes they just needed a bit of starter fluid to get the engine vibrating enough
to make the connection over the corroded cold solder joints in the old main relays.
Could be anything from old spark plugs to dirty injectors not atomizing though.
What all have you done recently, and when was the last tuneup?
