2003 ap1 having issues with secondary air pump monitor not ready. replaced pump and 2 hoses due to being damaged. The car does not have a check engine light on, hasn't had it on at all. checked wiring, relays and fuses. you can hear air pump turn on and off.
Drove vehicle multiple key cycles, over 100 miles freeway and street multiple times. I ended up buying a izze bypass modulator. Monitor is still shows as not ready. Unfortunately I need to fix this due to living in commiefornia and vehicle needing a smog every two years. Looking for input from people with similar issue and advice. Might sell car if it nothing changes.

 

What ECU are you using ?

 

stock ecu, there is one more step I'm try which leads to ecu replacement if there's no voltage found at connector p32
