I had the car cleaned and then found a plastic part on the floor. Inside it reads 78513-s84-a610 honda pp and a sidewyas R.

Google tells me it clips into some spot on the steering wheel. Can someone tell me specifically where? See attached pic.

i cant really figure out how to put them in even after referencing the image you provided. Do I need to remove part 5 and then put in part 6 or 7? I do see a gap on both sides which leads me to believe both 6 and 7 are missing but I only have that one part. I don't see anything that it would obviously click in to. Sorry, i know this is annoying HAHA

 

From the image, the part should snap in from the back cover (#9)

With the wheel straight it goes on the left side of the the actual steering wheel by the column
