Default B20 Engine - Did I damage valves?

I am putting my 2001 CR-V back together after having a valve job done at the machine shop. I had the #1 piston at TDC on the engine block. Head is torqued down to spec. I put the camshafts on not thinking to orient them with the "up" arrow facing up. I figured I'd just turn them upright later...not thinking in the moment that when I "turn them later" some valves might interfere with a piston. So that is what I did. I turned the camshaft with a ratchet. (No timing belt installed yet) I probably turned it a good two or three quarter turns. Never felt any kind of resistance other than the springs against the lobes. But now I'm concerned that maybe I dinged on of the valves. I really don't want to remove the head to check. How concerned should I be?

Likely okay. If you didn't put in a bunch of torque on them when turning and like you said no resistance felt.
