Default Re-pack tie rod end with grease?

Squeezed out a little bit of grease when I removed a fairly new tie rod end using a ball joint separator. Is it possible to re-pack an OEM Honda tie rod end ball joint with grease? How does one go about doing so?

Losing a little grease is fine. Make sure your tie rod boot are not torn. You can repack them with grease by removing the clip holding the boot to the tie rod then slide the boot down.
