1999 Honda CRV 2.0 No Spark! No Start Issue!
Hello fellow automotive enthusiasts,
I'm seeking some advice and guidance regarding a frustrating issue I'm experiencing with my 1999 Honda CRV 2.0. Recently, I fixed the exhaust system on my CRV, which was throwing several error codes (P0302, P0304, P0300, P0301, and the Honda-specific P1399) related to misfires.
After fixing the exhaust, the car ran perfectly for the rest of the day. However, while idling, the engine light was blinking, so I decided to erase the codes. Shortly after, while idling, the car suddenly shut off and hasn't started since.
To address the issue, I've replaced the following parts:
I'm now considering the possibility of a faulty ECU/PCM. Before I proceed with this replacement, I wanted to reach out to this community for any insights or suggestions you may have. Has anyone experienced a similar issue, and if so, how was it resolved?
Any advice or guidance would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you.

- Ignition Control Module (ICM)
- Ignition coil
- Spark plugs and wires
- Entire distributor

Looks like you know what you are doing. But because its the internet, and sometimes due to frustration we over look little things.
What test did you do to determine it was a no spark condition? Did you try spraying a bit of starter fluid? or did you use a spark
plug test light? I know I was so frustrated by a random misfire issue once, that I ran the car out of gas, and not realizing it, I was
then trying to diagnose a non existent issue because the car was out of gas.
