Default Civic SI FR and RL brakes wont bleed right.

I am currently working on trying to get the brakes back on my 2018 Honda Civic Si. I tried to bleed them manually and when cracking the bleeder screw while depressing the brake pedal, the pedal will sink to the flow while bleeding the FL and RR brakes. But when I do the same thing to the FR and RL brakes, the pedal stays firm and won't sink at all. I tried pressure bleeding the FR but I just get air bubbles coming out and the fluid level in the reservoir will not go down. I did notice that with the car in neutral and the brake pedal not being depressed, the FL and RR wheels will spin freely but on the other two that won't bleed correctly, they spin with some braking force on them. I don't know what to do. Manual bleeding, vacuum bleeding, and pressure bleeding does not solve the problem. I am also making sure to follow the right order in bleeding the brakes.

sounds like its your proportioning valve, also disconnect your hoses at the caliper and see if it acts the same way
