I have a 2008 Accord Coupe 3.5 V6 that I'm replacing the AC compressor. According to the pulley information I've seen, the tensioner pulley should be able to be loosened with a 14 or 15mm wrench. However, mine appears to be torx. I've attached photos showing the pulley and torx. The pulley below it is 17mm. Can someone confirm that I am in fact looking at the the tensioner pulley? Thank you.

 

To get the belt off?

Use the hex head circled in green to release the tension on the belt.

 

Thank you @Ryanthegreat1 ! I thought that might be what I needed to release the belt but when it didn't move with moderate force I was concerned I might break something if I used more. I will try again today, thank you!

 

Do you know the name and any way to maybe replace it if it is stripped?
