howdy, the key will not turn in my 2013 Honda Civic. i took the ignition switch out and removed a broken pin from the cylinder. the cylinder will spin in the housing, but when i place it as a unit back into the ignition switch and plug everything back in, it still will not turn.

 

Hello, sorry to hijack your thread but I also just removed my 2013 civic ignition cylinder, I can't seem to find a way to remove the ignition cylinder from the housing though? I see alot online that there's a roll pin, but I can't see any roll pin on the side. How'd you remove it to show the different wafers and to remove any sticking wafers?
