1994 accord, every brake line gone
All of my brake lines, from the master cylinder to the abs modulator to the calipers need to be replaced, they are ALL discontinued by honda. Fuel lines also need to be replaced since they are about to be rusted thru (engine supply and tank return, also evap vent line). What type of line should I run on this car, whats the best kit for bend and flare, and what company do I go with?
You have standard galvanized, PVF coated, and then nickle/copper line for good/better/best respectively. If you never want to have to worry about it again just do the copper line and it will outlast the car. Copper is also nice because you can basically bend it by hand. PVF is very similar to OEM stuff and lasts a very long time. Galvanized will work fine for years if you don't live in the salt belt.
When I redid mine I just bought 25' rolls for each respective size and a cheap amazon bending/flaring kit. It was a pain but it got the job done. It was way more labor intensive than costly.

Ya I was looking at going with the PVF coated line since its a 1994, probably wont keep it forever but I do plan on lowering the car/ repainting and fully restoring it. Do you know if the 1994 honda accord uses 3/16in line? Also what company did you buy your line from, and can I use PVF coated lines for the fuel supply and return line as well? Also how do I properly size the brake line to hose fitting so it fits the double flare and is snug and wont leak?
PVF is fine for all of the lines. Brake lines are 3/16", EVAP and Fuel RETURN are 1/4", and Fuel FEED is 5/16".
You buy the fittings that match the line size and thread pitch you need. They will seal if flared correctly. Alternatively you can also reuse the fittings already on the car.

Awesome! Thank you for your help. Should I go with a double or bubble flare? I think factory is double if i remember correctly. Last question: do you know where I can find a discontinued honda part without going to a junkyard? This is the part#: 17707-SM4-A31
Factory is in double/inverted. I would stick with that.
As for that part, you could try eBay. Otherwise you might be able to have a local machine shop make a replacement for you.
