Default Bleeding the clutch

I put a clutch in my car 2 weeks ago and lost the clutch pedal. I haven't been able to drive it since. I have replaced the slave cylinder and the master cylinder. Took the entire hydraulic system out of the car and bench bleed it and still don't have a clutch pedal. I can't seem to get the air out. Is it possible that either the new slave or master is sucking air somehow? Please help, I need my car back on the road.
