12v light and IMA light after getting BOTH batteries replaced

My car is a 2003 Honda Civic Hybrid. I’m at a loss of words. Just bought a new battery AND a refurbished IMA battery. IMA got replaced first and then a couple days later I did the 12v battery. The car has no codes as of now. Before it had IMA related codes until I replaced it. The car has no alternator.

-What do I even do at this point? I got it checked at an official Honda Dealer and they told me the IMA needs replacing. I had it replaced by Green Bean/Bumblebee batteries and the 12v light came on after they were done with it. They told me the 12V had low volts so I replaced it and it turned it on and BOTH LIGHTS ARE STILL ON. I’m down almost $2000 trying to fix this stupid car.

 

So you think not having an alternator isn't a problem.

 

I think I’ll let you figure out why I left it in there and didn’t address that as a main issue

What codes?

Could be something dumb like the IMA fan didn't get pluggeg in. Or the fan had failed at some point and the old broken IMA system never called for it so it went unnoticed.

Fairly certain if the fan isn't working the dc-dc converter gets shut off and you get the battery light and IMA light on the dash.
