240cc@80 psi
91 oct
8500 rev lim
I dont know p2v, with p8r I might have problems
I dont have dyno
13:1 afr with 240 cc, 90 % duty cycle 80 psi are like 190whp

If you have a stock B20B 9.6:1 compression engine (with or without a P8R head... you were not clear) and Crower 62405 cams, you will NOT get to 190 wheel HP, nor will you be able to make power at (or even near) 8500 RPM. This is really way too much camshaft for a moderate compression engine. Also, your cam gear settings are crazy odd... you need to DEGREE them and stop guessing... those settings are creating WAY too much overlap and might cause valve-to-valve or valve-to-piston contact.

Kick setting +6 IN -5 EX

New 405a2 are same than 404
106 IN centerline
112 EX centerline
109 LSA
Kick setting +2IN 0EX
8500 rpm only first gear, 2-5 around 8100 rpm so peak power like 7300-7400rpm

stock crv fwd 3476lbs 15.29s 93mph
