I have a 98 civic coupe with the d16y8 in it and it’s been having idle issues, I’ve been trying to fix it and in the process I’ve ran into another “problem” I have no idea if it’s associated with the idle issue I’ve been trying to fix already or if it’s a completely new issue but the issue I’ve been trying to fix is this

So when I’m idling in traffic or say a drive thru and I need to move forward just a little bit whenever I barley touch the throttle to move forward and go back to neutral the car will start to idle high around 1500-2000 rpm’s and it will continue to do so until I keep driving then it’ll idle normal

Ive already cleaned the IACV, Throttle body and replaced the MAP sensor

Few days after cleaning the TB and replacing the Map sensor the car started to idle weirdly as if there were a big cam in the car but it doesn’t do it immediately upon start up

No clue if it’s part of the same idle issue or if it’s a new problem
