Hello
The wipers on my 2013 CRV do not work in intermittent and low speed modes. I suspect the culprit could be a relay in the relay circuit board but cannot figure it how to replace it. Did anybody ever take the relay circuit board out from the fuse box? I can unlock it and pull it up a bit but not enough to disconnect the connectors from the base. Is there a trick to do it?

I'm trying to get that relay circuit board out as well - having the exact same issue as you describe where it can only be lifted out so far without access to the connectors. Hopefully someone replies 👍
