Default Vehicle stalled, cranks, no spark.

2000 civic si (Canadian). Car stalled after hitting the driveway bump, cranks but has no spark. Fuel pump primes, battery is clean and has power. Fuses seem good. Tried push starting the car but that also failed, when I tried putting it in gear to start it, it felt like I pulled my brake. Any ideas?

If the motor turns over regular- i.e and the timing belt is not toast (take the distributor cap off to see if the rotor turns when car is cranked then follow this excellent vid to see why you have no spark:

reconnected the battery, tried cranking it to see if the Tachometer worked, nada. Going to attempt the things seen in this video tomorrow
