Default Ef Civic Wiring Issue

Hoping to get some help or insights on the problems I'm having.

So I've got a project Ef Hatch, currently doesn't have a motor in it (putting OBD1 JDM D15B VTEC in with jumper harness for ECU) and the other week I got the fuel tank in and connected, I had to make my own harness for Pump and Sender Unit as I didn't have the original one then I decided I'd hook up a battery to test if the fuel pump is working and it wasn't, jumped two wires on the main relay with paper clip and the pump worked, I assumed the main relay was no good so replaced it and still same problem.

I've tested A25 Pin on ECU and the FLR (fuel pump relay?) wires and all three come back at about 10.6 volts. As far as I know all grounds are Allgood, tested the rear loom that has the fuel pump and sender unit wires in it for continuity and its fine. All fuses are fine too.

I'm possibly thinking there's a broken wire somewhere or anyone else had this problem before and found the solution? Don't want to take off all the plastic protection stuff on loom under dash looking for a broken wire to then not find anything. Also tried another under dash fuse box and engine bay fuse box just in case.

Also another problem I have is hazard switch isn't working (might be broken, but haven't looked into this more) and the park lights on tail lights come on when head lights are turned on but brake lights don't come on when pedal is pressed down.

Hoping this post makes enough sense and I can get some insight to what's possibly going on.

Cheers
