Hello,
i have read a few threads about this and followed those and car is still not starting. wanted to run by what i have done by you guys to see if i missed anything or you guys can recommend something.

Changed the battery
tested old and new starter, both are good but new starter seems to run better.
Checked the power cable going to the starter, have 12.6 volts
checked the volts to the yellow wire under the dash that i was told would tell if the ignition switch and relay is good (not sure if that is true) which i got a 12.6 volt reading
checked the red wire in the engine bay that is driver side by intake/firewall. 12.6 volt reading as well.

when i put the key in to start the car, dash lights are on and when i go to start is doesnt do anything no noise/clicking.
