Default 98 Honda civic lx

OK, long story short when I bought the car I felt that the brake peddle was spongy the peddle pretty much went to the floor and would hardly stop so I checked the brake fluid and it was decently low not empty but low so topped it off and didn’t fix the problem so I looked for leaks and the driver rear line was leaking so I replaced all 4 line with stainless steal braided lines and bled them and made sure no air was coming out went in order passenger rear, driver rear, passenger front, driver front and still no fix so I checked rear shoes first and they were toast so replaced those with new hardware and new drums but when checking saw that passenger rear wheel cylinder was leaking with a ripped boot so I replaced both rear wheel cylinders and bled all fours in same order and made sure no air was coming out and nothing still the pedal still sank to the floor so checked front pads and calipers, the pads were pretty heathy but I was desperate so I got new pads and while putting them on I realized the passenger front caliper was seized pretty bad so I replaced both front calipers with pads and bled all 4 in same order still nothing so then I replaced the prop valve and master cylinder with the two lines that go from MC to prop valve and made sure I bench bled the master cylinder before install and you guessed it still nothing so I thought the only thing I can think of that was left is brake booster so I got a brake booster replaced it and nothing still I even replaced the vacuum line with it but nothing had nothing else I could think of I checked for leaks for hours and couldn’t find anything so then I replaced all 4 wheel well lines but as figured nothing, I figured it could have been a failure in the master cylinder so got a brand new master cylinder from Honda made sure to bench bleed before install again but obviously nothing still pedal still jus goes to floor I am so stuck on this car, again the parts replaced are…

Brake booster
Master cylinder
Proportioning valve
Rear lines
Front lines
MC to Prop Valve lines
Both Rear drums
Both Rear shoes with new hardware
Both Rear wheel cylinders
Both Front calipers
Both Front pad
All 4 wheel well lines

ANY HELP IS MUCH APPRECIATED!!!
