Default which pistons/rods to use in a 1st gen b16

CTR or ITR?? I'm indecisive on which ones to get. What are the pros and cons of each. THANKS!!

i second that screw b16 blocks get a 1.8L more torque is the ****. i swapped out my first gen b16 for a stock gsr block and i dropped .3 seconds even though my compression with b16a head is less than stock gsr. and that still with a completely stock block and head i still have my first gen b16 cams just check out the sig....
