2005 Civic Flashing Green Key (Crank No Start) Please Help
Hey guys, I started my car and drove out and within a minute of driving the car completely shut off. I was able to get it back into my driveway to try to figure out what was going on with it however, I was not able to figure it out. I didn’t notice however that I had a flashing green key light which after I did some research, it said that the key may be bad or the immobilizer May have lost the program I had someone come by and tried to reprogram it however they were not able to get to my ECU. He told me my ecu may be bad so I found someone on Facebook marketplace and bought a new ECU immobilizer ignition switch and a key. I swap this all over and I’m still having the same issue , has anyone seen this before ?
Check the following fuses:
Under-hood: Fuse No. 9 (10A); Fuse No. 2 30A)
Auxiliary Under-hood: Fuse No. 32 (15A) - This is the small box next to the larger under-hood fuse box.
Under-dash: Fuse No. 10 (7.5A)

Yes, I did check all these and they all seem fine. The only one that sounds unfamiliar is the auxiliary under hood fuse I’ve never seen that box and I don’t think I have one under my hood.

Yeah that’s what I thought so good thing I did not buy that part. However, I must also mention that the car is not going into neutral drive or reverse unless I use the key release so I’m not exactly sure what is causing this issue.
