Accord EX 2.4 2012 crank but not start
Hi guys the other day a client warm up the car and it brake a piston, it makes little damage at the engine block, we recommend the client to make a swap of the motor, but he doesn't want to, he preffers to rebuild and repair the block, so we did it (its not the first time we do this btw). We change pistons, connecting rods, oil pump, all gaskets, rings, filters, oil, sparkplugs, water pump, all the distribution (timing belts, tensors, and all the stuff), connecting rod bearings and main bearings, head valves, head gasket and seals, the thing is that we rebuild all the engine with OEM parts, and put it on time as the honda's manual said with spec torq, we check all the things we do x3 times to make sure nothing left or nothings bad... then we check compression and its really ok, as fabrics default, we put engine and when we tried to turn on it wont, we check all grounds and there are ok, we check electrical connections and thats good, we have to repair ECUs cause a leak cause the warm thing, but in simulator work well after repair, we have to change alternator cause same warm, and we change starter cause the same thing, but it wont start.... so we have check up what is going on, and we saw that inyectors have no pulse already, the fuel pump is ok, and intake ok, but inyection bad, so we change ckp and cmp cause this are the sensors that gave the info to the ECU for doing pulses, but it didnt work, we check reeles, and same, grounds, same, check always the time, and its ok, it crank well, the ECU its not the problem, the anti theft works ok (the green light turn on and then turn off), we dont know whats wrong, all seems to be ok, know we look the ckp and cmp and change it, but still not working, so we saw the crankshaft reluctor ring, cause is the one who give info ckp of the crank position, and it seems 4 teeths to be a little bit like inside, and the correct position is in L, but we dont think thats the problem, but we are working on that.... i have to say there is no OBD codes, and we have a real good one code reader with licenses, so anyone have another idea of what to check out? Or something similar happens to anyone and how you resolve it? Thanks everyone.
