Ek coupe obd1 swap no fuel pump prime

I just swapped My obd1 eg b20v on My ek coupe with a p30 ecu and when I start it fuel pump doesnt prime. Only if I jump fuel pump relay 5 to 7 wire fuel pump works and car starts right up!

Has this happened to anyone?

Have you had the capacitors on your ECU checked out?

Ecu was just 'rebuilt' the swap has done 3000kms 5 months old
