Default 2005 accord Timing belt mistakes! Please help

Changing the timing belt. Like a dummy i took that little piece of metal out the crank gear when i removed the balancer. I then proceeded to try to set the time by turning the front cam pulley got the front and rear pulleys lined up and noticed the crank pulley was moving by the crank shaft was not. I attempted to just rotate the crank (after putting the piece of metal back in) to the correct position... with all three pulleys on their marks i installed the new belt set the tensioner... when it came time to start it the engine started but was mis firing and seemed very sluggish... i immediately turned it off and now do not know what to do. Can anyone help?? Please??

V6?

Double check your timing on both cams.
