d16y8 Surging Idle issue/ Bogging issue.
2000 Civic LX d16y8 swapped
Car surges at 1500 rpms and bogs at full throttle. I changed the iacv, adjusted throttle cable, adjusted idle screw and swapped my injectors, did a vacuum leak test and i have no leak, any advice pretty stumped at this point.
