...don't know about Gainesville but, I heard about good tuners in the Orlando area. What do you need to do to your R?

...yeah, dealership people are morons. They look at the ITR like a regular Integra LS.

...uuumm, let me do some findings and I keep you posted. Besides, hit Marc "RealTypeR". He knows the area better than me.

PM about a Shop/Mechanic in Bradenton, I am not sure if he wants it on the internet, very nice and great work, not cheap, but the quality is outstanding, he did the swap on my car and lots of other work. Specializes in Honda/Acura.

well im really not sure the exact problem, but there is some sort of "hicup" around 7200 rpms. not sure what is or even could cause this. it has been to the dealership twice, and they cant find anything. i was thinking it might be the distributor, or maybe the car is running rich and fouling a plug or something. i really have no idea, the cel is on, but only code 67, which i understand is nothing. it doesnt do it all the time and i cant seem to see a pattern, im really at a loss right now

hmm.. describe the hicup.. hesitation? WOT? half throttle? bucking? misfiring? always at exactly 7200?

a hesitation, not a misfire, the ecu isnt storing any misfire codes, not always at 7200, but never below 7200

How many miles? When's the last time ignition components, etc were replaced?

dist cap and rotor should be changed at 60k, forgot the rest of it. I need to do a 60k service on my car as well, no real bucking, but a slight hesitation everyonce in awhile. I'd just change the plugs, wires, cap and rotor. That's what I plan to do with mine and timing belt etc since I'm at ~60k

Andrew should try to change the sparkplugs and check on the plug wires. If you have stock Honda wires, I doubt you have problems with them at that mileage.

Stock again if you replace them. For those parts, I'd do stock honda except I'd get copper plugs instead of platinum, but that's just me.

just keep using the stock NGK platinums. There are tons of threads about it and even the tuner members agree it is the best choice. -Fresh NGKs baby!-
