Hi. New to the civic word. My first real car was a Honda accord (a 1983 hand me down). I've got a 2018 civic that I sort of was forced to bail out someone on .... pretty neat car so far. I assume it is a 10th generation? Also, I am wondering, are there any paper book service manuals for this car? I am chasing a parasitic drain and wondering a few other things to include:

Should the car beep when I lock it? It beeps when I unlock it.
Should the controls on the steering wheel light up as it is impossible to see them at night.

I am starting at these problems then I will work on the drain!

Oh - before anyone suggests - a brand new battery! Holds 12..45 volts overnight, charges at 13.6 or so when running so alternator and battery should be ok.
